Far away from the bustling resorts and the typical seaside resorts you will experience the southern part of Rügen (Poseritz/Mellnitz) in its natural form. In the middle of the European bird sanctuary, you have the opportunity to observe rare and protected bird species (cormorants, cranes, gray herons, sea eagles, gray geese and many more) during their rest and breeding. The surroundings offer you peace and distance, which allows you to spend a relaxing vacation.

Our house will be completed on April 15, 2023. The pictures shown are still sample photos and will be exchanged upon completion.Our house Hannes is located in a small and quiet vacation area in Mellnitz-Hof near Poseritz. We have put a lot of effort into the equipment to make your stay as pleasant as possible as a holidaymaker. In addition to a fully equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, raclette, wok pan, kettle and coffee machine, there will also be a dining table for at least 6-8 people. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch, a relaxing armchair and a fireplace. When the weather is not so good, you can also enjoy the TV (55'' diagonal) from the couch. WiFi is of course available.2 of the 3 bedrooms are each equipped with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. All rooms are covered with our WiFi. All rooms are supplied with a TV set.On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet and a sauna. On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet.

The spacious garden of approx. 600 m² (the entire property is 975 m²) is available for your exclusive use. On the spacious terrace there is a dining table with 2 benches for up to 8 people. The pivoting parasol can be placed in 2 strategic places. You also have a comfortable beach chair at your disposal. When you return to the house from exploring Rügen in the evening, you also have the option of using the gas grill for a culinary barbecue.

In the garden shed you will find a power connection to charge your own e-bikes. We also provide you with 2 bicycles (no e-bikes) for independent use.

Rügen invites you to enjoy the Baltic Sea and numerous attractions. Sail. Fishing, golfing, cycling and the sea - Rügen is a leisure paradise - full speed ahead.Near Mellnitz, at the Gleiwitz-Stahlbrode ferry, there are boats for hire. Not far from Haus Hannes is Palmer's Place, a beautiful beach that is relatively untouched, even in midsummer. Those who like more hustle and bustle are in good hands in Binz and/or Göhren.Rügen has wonderful cycle paths and it is fun to discover nature and the island in this way.The Kranitz Castle golf course is only a few minutes' drive from Mellnitz.A variety of leisure activities are within easy reach of Haus Hannes: Selin diving gondola, "Rasender Roland" railway, Selin fun pool and Hansedom adventure pool in Stralsund, Prora climbing park and Altefaehr, Prora treetop path, Jasmund natural heritage center, Oceanographic Museum and Ozeaneum Stralsund.
