Perfect for family holidays, together with the ground floor flat "Fuchsbau", it offers the ideal combination for holidays with friends or grandparents - enjoy time together while fully preserving your privacy.
The interior of the family-friendly holiday flat is specially designed for up to 4 people. With a living space of around 55 m², it is tastefully furnished and consists of a double bedroom with wardrobe, luggage rack and wardrobe as well as a further bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe. The daylight bathroom and a light-flooded living room with integrated, modern kitchen, including dishwasher and microwave, as well as a cosy sofa set and dining area round off the offer.
Outside, both an east and west-facing balcony invite you to relax, complemented by an electric awning on the west side. A spacious green area around the house offers plenty of room for children of all ages to play and run around.
The holiday flat is located in an area that is rich in leisure activities. The picturesque natural swimming lake Silbersee, the family pool "WellnessParadies" with fun factor, the indoor playground "Frielo-Land", the climbing park and the "Silbersee-Bob" all-weather toboggan run are just a few minutes' walk away. Furthermore, numerous cycling and hiking trails, sports and playgrounds as well as the cosy "Silbersee Alm" inn invite you to make discoveries and experience adventures together.
