The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all important kitchen utensils. In addition to a dishwasher, there is also a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment. A bar invites you to socialise together. The bright bathroom is equipped with a shower tray, washing machine, hairdryer and WC. There is also a separate WC.

In the immediate vicinity of a hiking/walking trail. Only a few minutes' walk to the lake, which is ideal for swimming in summer. The Tannheimertal offers a variety of possibilities such as climbing, hiking, cycling, skiing, cross-country skiing approx. 140km of groomed trails. There is something for everyone and for all ages, and nature lovers will get their money's worth here.
