The spacious living room with a cosy corner sofa by the fireplace invites you to relax while you enjoy the view or enjoy the wide range of entertainment, consisting of German TV, music, CD, DVD, MP3 player, I-Pod connection, Apple TV and a soundbar. The open-plan kitchen adjoins the dining room, which is furnished with a large wooden table for up to 12 people, but where outdoor dining is usually favoured, accompanied by enchanting views of the Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside. Comfort is also provided by the two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and beds from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the countryside.

The outdoor area of the villa unfolds in all its splendour on a plot of 8500 m², the upper part of which is fenced and includes a terrace of approx. 200 m² between the house and the pool. From here there is an incomparable view of the lights of Málaga or cruise ships entering the harbour. Equipped with a large lounge sofa, a dining table for 8 people, sun loungers and a barbecue, as well as additional sun protection provided by a pergola and an awning for the dining area, nothing stands in the way of cosy hours under the Spanish sun. The heated pool has an interesting shape with an integrated bench and allows you to sit in the water and enjoy the spectacular view.
