Ideal for couples, families and sports enthusiasts. In addition to the very good facilities and central location to sports facilities, a further characteristic of the flat is its location, with the very short distances and the rich selection of several shopping facilities for daily needs, sports shops and restaurants, as well as the excellent transport connections (80m to the bus stop). The tranquillity of the location, the triple-glazed windows with shutters, the high level of sound insulation from neighbouring flats and the soundproofed entrance door, as well as the cosy lighting fixtures also exude warmth and security.
