Discover our jewel in the heart of the Engadine: a sunny and bright 2-room flat on the 3rd floor for 2-3 people with an area of 51 m². Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Piz da la Margna, the Bergell and in the direction of the Furtschellas cable car directly from the two south-facing balconies. This inviting home is the perfect place to fully experience the beauty of the Swiss Alps.
Inside you will find a comfortable living room with a cosy sofa, a spare bed, a dining table with chairs and a south-facing balcony. Entertainment is provided by a TV unit, DAB radio and wireless LAN. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes and access to a sunny south-facing balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with modern amenities such as a fridge with a small freezer compartment, an oven, a dishwasher and plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery and pans. You will find a fondue set and a raclette oven for cosy hours.
Outside the flat you will find a parking space in the garage. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a ski room for your equipment complete the amenities.
