Studio premier Prestigious apartment-studio in a unique location. The period residence is divided into eight recently renovated flats and is located in the historic centre of Massa Marittima with a façade that looks directly onto the main square (Piazza Garibaldi) and from which one can see the famous cathedral of San Cerbone.

The 50-square-metre Premier Studio (including the loft) is located on the first floor of the building with direct access to Via Moncini and is equipped with a 40-inch flat-screen smart TV, a kitchen in a dedicated compartment, a living room with fireplace, a bathroom with either shower and bidet and a hairdryer. It is also equipped with bed, kitchen and bathroom linen and all crockery. The flat also offers all basic services such as hot and cold water, independent heating and electricity. The leather sofa in the living room can be converted into a comfortable double bed if required. Children up to three years of age are free if they sleep with their parents or in their own cot. Baby cots are available for a one-off charge for the entire stay. Animals are allowed but will be an extra charge. At your arrival you will find our welcome with an Italian breakfast for the morning and a courtesy line for the bathroom. In the centre of Massa Marittima (about 500 m) there is a shop with washing machines and dryers.
