Situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Quartu Sant'Elena, this accommodation promises relaxation and unforgettable views in one of Italy's most picturesque regions.

Inside, a spacious, bright living area awaits you, which leaves nothing to be desired with its upscale furnishings. The fully equipped kitchenette offers a hob, an oven and a fridge-freezer combination for culinary delights. Two cosy bedrooms, each with a double bed, guarantee a restful night's sleep. There is also a modern bathroom with shower and a washing machine for your convenience, as well as a private terrace with barbecue for cosy hours.

The outdoor area boasts a covered terrace equipped with a gas barbecue and an awning for shade. The terraced garden, shaded by fruit and ornamental trees, offers a fantastic view of the Gulf of Cagliari. Not forgetting the free car park directly in front of the house.
