The comfortable holiday apartment is on the ground floor of the house, which is in a quiet area near the town centre of Makarska and the long sandy beach. The big advantage of this apartment is that the sights in town, as well as shops and restaurants, are within walking distance.
The apartment has its own terrace furnished with a table and four comfortable chairs. A grill is also available. There are three parking spaces right by the house. There are also two garage parking spaces available in the house.
The 70m² spacious apartment is comfortably furnished and is ideal for six people. It consists of two bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Satellite TV, air conditioning and free wireless Internet access are of course available. Each bedroom has a double bed and a single bed (160cm and 90cm wide) and a built-in cupboard. The two bedrooms have satellite TV and air conditioning. The sofa bed (100cm wide) in the living room, which also has a dining space for six people, can accommodate a further person (supplementary charge). Next to the dining space there is an adjoining open kitchen, fully-equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and kettle. The first bathroom has a bath, WC, bidet, and washing machine, while the second has a shower and a WC.
It is only 300 metres to the town centre. It is 700 metres to the sandy beach. It is five minutes to the nearest supermarket. Many museums, shops, bars and clubs are within walking distance. The manin beach in town is a ten-minute walk away. It provides a range of sports activities and opportunities to relax.
The owners also live in the house and are happy to assist with queries and to provide information.
