Nice pebble beach with coffee bar, sun lounge and sun umbrellas ( for rent) is 5 minutes walk away. Place itself is well connected with public transport, Split airport is 15 km away. Bigger towns ( Split, Šibenik) are only 40 km away so there are a lot of possibilities to do some sightseeing, activities or short trips to nearby attractions and islands.
Garden and parking space- for joint use
The apartment is situated on the upper house floor in the family house, giving you a nice sea view and the old Marina tower . It is much bigger than standard apartments so you'll have a full comfort here. You will have a whole house floor(90 sqm) with separate entrance and 2 balconies ( 10+8 sqm) on your disposal . There is one more apartment in house which can be combined with this one. It is fully equipped, spacious with nice croft, garden with grill. It consists of: two big bedrooms (double and additional bed) with exit to balcony with sea view, bathroom with toilet, kitchen with living room and dinning room also with exit to another balcony with garden view and private fenced parking lot for 2 cars.
