Spacious holiday apartment with a beautiful garden
The holiday apartment is located in a quiet part of the island of Vir, approximately 900 meters from the sea. The apartment is ideal for guests who want to spend a relaxingg holiday far away from the tourist crowds.
Guests will have exclusive use of the garden area with more than 1500 m² in front of house. From the terrace with garden furniture you can overlook the green garden. Right in front of the house are three parking places.
The house spreads over two levels. The ground floor, formerly used as a garage and storage room has been converted into an apartment for the owner's parents. This apartment is accessed via the back garden, in the front of the house you have your own private entry to your part of the house - this is the whole upper level. You will not be disturbed by the parents, they are very quiet and you will fell like you have the whole property all to yourselves.
The apartment on the upper level is equipped with modern furniture and consists of three bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc) and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The sandy beach is 1000 metres from the house.
