This detached house is near the beach, just a 10-minute drive from Crikvenica and the beaches, in a quiet location on a road in Bribir with little traffic. It is in beautiful surroundings with plenty of greenery and a lovely mountain and sea view.

There are three parking spaces in front of the house. The garden has a big pool, sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is also a grill. A dining table and chairs are provided.

There are also two fold-out single beds that can be used upstairs in the living room or in one of the other rooms. Therefore the house can accommodate a total of ten people. The kitchens are equipped with a stove, oven and dishwasher and on the ground floor there is also a microwave. You can also use a filter coffee machine. In total there are two bathrooms with a shower and WC. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and clothes horse.

The house has an Internet connection and all the bedrooms have a TV. There is air conditioning in the upper part of the house. You can hire a motorboat at an additional cost (more info in the supplementary costs). The conditions are the appropriate boat licence and the availability of the motorboat, as it is also used elsewhere.
