Good Place to Stay

Overall everything went well and the home met all our needs. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, had plenty of towels and the internet worked great. Only issue was check-in, we had to wait 35 minutes after check in time to get in the house. I would recommend getting a lock that has a combination lock or a lock box so guests don’t have to wait for someone to come and let us in. All else went smoothly and had a great time with the family in CS and attending the George Strait concert. Awesome Father’s Day weekend! I’d definitely stay again.

Hospitality

The host was great to work with. She was quick to respond and very helpful. The house fit our needs for our granddaughters A&M graduation. The backyard was large that we could have plenty of seating, serving areas and games. The location was good with easy access to all areas.

Graduation gathering

The property was exactly as it was portrayed in the listing. It was clean and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and accessible. This was a perfect gathering spot for our family as our daughter graduated from Texas A&M.

So Peaceful!

Loved the location and the cozy-ness of this place. Kitchen was clean! There were a lot of extras provided. host left us a plate of different home made cookies, there were candles that we took to the backyard, fun decorations. The back yard deserves its own review. Heavenly! Big table with seating for 8 plus lots of extra chairs. A beautiful creek frames the back of this property. Thanks, Ms Lane, for making A&M graduation so special!

Ring dunk celebration!

This house was perfect for our ring dunk celebration for our son. The back yard was a great size for this! We were having such a hard time finding a house that accepted events and this one did thankfully! Perfect location and the pictures with the sun coming thru the trees couldn’t have been more beautiful. The host was easy to get ahold of and was very accommodating and very friendly!! I recommend this house!!

Family weekend for football game

Large property with a nice big backyard, very convenient to A&M for football games and college functions. Great for gatherings of extended family. Had everything we needed. Evelyn was great to work with and very responsive to our needs.

Great Rental

The house was wonderful! We were running late to check in and the owner changed her schedule to accommodate meeting us and letting us in! My husband and I came in to meet friends for a football weekend and the house had enough room for everyone to be so comfortable. All the amenities we needed were there plus a delicious coffee cake for breakfast! The house is located close enough to campus to quickly get there and back, but far enough away that you aren't in the middle of all the game day weekend traffic. We will definitely be renting again the next time we come to College Station!

Aggie Graduation

We stayed here for my daughter's graduation from A&M. The house was lovely and Faye even made homemade muffins for us. The home was clean and pretty and the yard would have been great for a party or cookout. Unfortunately, it rained most of the time. We will definitely stay at Faye's house again should we have the opportunity to go to College Station again. The house was close to campus and we felt like Faye was an old friend!

Aggie Graduation Weekend

We stayed at this home for my daughter's graduation from A&M. It is conveniently located near campus. Faye, the owner of the house, met us upon arrival and had homemade muffins for us. She was so sweet and personable, I felt like we were old friends right away. Her home is lovely and suited us well. The backyard is beautiful and would have been a great place to have a BBQ after graduation. Unfortunately, it rained every day! Even so, I would highly recommend staying at this house and hope to get back there someday. Cindy

Mizzou Weekend Stay for Aggie friends

I rented this property for a "reunion" weekend for a group of friends to get together and go to a football game. The house was very comfortable and accommodating. The owner provided us with coffee cake, orange juice, fruit and coffee which made the morning so easy. We were able to get uber (Yes, College Station has Uber now) to and from the game, northgate or back to the house without much trouble. We would definitely stay here again.

Faye was great!

Faye made us homemade coffee cake and the whole house smelt amazing when we walked in, and left us all bath salts to use during our stay. They were a big help for our achy feet after walking around A&M all day for the football game. Thanks Faye!!
