Large semi-detached house "Ostsee", 2 storeys. 4 apartments in the property. 1.3 km from the centre of Kühlungsborn, on the outskirts, 14.5 km from the centre of Bad Doberan, 26 km from the centre of Rostock, in a central, quiet position in the residential district, 1 km from the beach. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax. Grocery, supermarket 50 m, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 700 m, pedestrian zone 1.4 km, bus stop "Kühlungsborn Fulgen" 150 m, railway station "Kühlungsborn Ost" 600 m, sandy beach "Ostsee Strand" 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 4.2 km, indoor swimming pool 2.1 km. Sports harbour 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 4 km, sailing school 3.2 km, children's playground 150 m.
