The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher, complemented by a bathroom with a shower and WC.

The first floor, accessible via a closed marble staircase, includes two bedrooms—one with a double bed (two single mattresses 90x200 cm) and another with two single beds (90x200 cm)—along with a second bathroom. The second floor opens to an attic bedroom with a double bed. Additional amenities include a home office setup in one bedroom and high-speed internet. Parking is available at spot No. 17.
