It features a combined living and sleeping area with a comfortable sofa, TV, and direct access to a furnished balcony, as well as a defined sleeping area with a double bed (two single mattresses, 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe. Additionally, there is a separate bedroom equipped with a sofa bed (140x200 cm) and another wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and dining area. A modern bathroom with shower and WC completes the interior. Shared amenities include a swimming pool, table tennis room, and laundry facilities (washer and dryer). One well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional fee, and the apartment is non-smoking.
