This renovated traditional Istrian stone house combines authentic charm with modern comfort, offering an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday.The house is set on a fully fenced private property featuring a 32 m² private pool, six sun loungers, an outdoor seating area and a terrace with a barbecue, perfect for relaxation and socialising. Three private parking spaces are available. A children’s playground is located directly opposite the house, making it an excellent choice for families with children.The nearest beaches can be found in Rabac and Plomin, while the town of Labin, just a short drive away, offers shops, restaurants, cafés, cultural attractions and all essential amenities.Casa Balarini is spread over two floors. The ground floor features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6 people, a comfortable living room with seating area and SAT TV, one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.On the upper floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds – as well as an additional bathroom with shower.There is a small renovated barn on the property, locked and used exclusively as the owner’s private storage, and not used for accommodation nor rented separately.Šumber is a quiet village in the green interior of Istria, ideal for guests seeking peace, nature and an authentic Istrian experience, while still being close to the sea, the popular beaches of Rabac, the cultural sights of Labin, and the wine and gastronomic routes of eastern Istria.Groups of young people under 26 years of age are not allowed.
