The country house is in Lütow, on the idyllic Gnitz peninsula, right by the Achterwasser. On this peninsula on the island of Usedom you can still find a natural animal and plant paradise with beautiful walking paths, beaches for swimming and places to go fishing. In the north-western part of the island of Usedom there is the Baltic Sea town of Zinnowitz, the largest and most traditional seaside town, just 6km from Lütow. The island is known for its charming contrasts, forests and lake. The diversity of the landscape, with beech, oak and coniferous forests along the coast, as well as the moors and the meadows by the Achterasser, give the island its charisma.

It has a big, combined living room and kitchen with a comfortable sofa corner. There are two bedrooms, one with a box spring bed 180cm wide (one large mattress) and the other with a box spring bed 140cm wide. There is a generous bathroom with a shower, WC and daylight. A dog is allowed on request.
