The 160m² holiday flat boasts a spacious layout for up to 4 people, ideal for families or small groups looking for something special (can be extended for up to 6 people on request). A highlight is the historic "Stube" with its 200-year-old tiled stove, which invites you to linger in a cosy atmosphere. The modern kitchen retains the charm of the original, including the soot-blackened beams, and is well equipped with a modern induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fully automatic coffee machine. The bedrooms on the upper floor offer a historic ambience with original refurbished beds and antique wardrobes. Two modern shower bathrooms, one on each floor, complete the interior design and offer additional comfort alongside a rain shower and underfloor heating in the ground floor bathroom.
Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious plot with a garden, a barbecue hut and a sheltered pavilion, which offer a wonderful view of the valley. This space is ideal for barbecues, communal meals or relaxing in the tranquillity of nature. A separate, heated room is available for storing bicycles, hiking boots and other outdoor equipment, making the stay particularly pleasant for active holidaymakers.
