Immerse yourself in the charm of our holiday home, which was completely renovated in 2014 and refurbished in an appealing maritime style for your relaxing holiday. For up to four people, this gem offers everything your heart desires and promises a time-out like no other.
Inside, you will find a new and modern kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired: From a fridge with freezer compartment to an induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, you'll find everything you need to prepare your meals. Opposite the open-plan kitchen is the spacious living and dining area, which creates a bright and inviting atmosphere with a large panoramic window and high ceiling.
The equipment includes a full HD TV, a satellite system and Smart TV as well as a 2.1 sound system that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of entertainment. The Colonia sofa bed and the spacious king-size master bed in the bedroom with high-quality mattresses guarantee the best sleeping comfort.
The bathroom, like the rest of the house, is modern and tastefully furnished. It has a large shower, heated towel rail, large LED-lit mirrors and plenty of storage space. This flat has central heating and free WLAN internet access.
The outdoor area invites you to linger with its spacious south-facing terrace and cosy garden furniture and offers a breathtaking view over the Altenautal valley. Enjoy the sun from morning to night and let your mind wander.
The park is car-free and guests have access to two on-site car parks, which make parking easy.
In the park itself you will find our restaurant "Die Fabrik", a launderette with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, playgrounds, mini golf and plenty of nature. Thanks to free internet access throughout the park, you can stay connected at all times.
