Our holiday flat is located in the beautiful Prostei directly on the Baltic Sea. The child-friendly beach can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
In the stylishly furnished holiday flat, on the spacious 80 m² on the ground floor, there is room for up to 4 people for the next relaxing holiday trip. The spacious living area of 80 m² is located on the ground floor and is barrier-free. The conservatory and the large terrace invite you to relax. In addition to the coffee machine, the very well-equipped kitchen has a Senseo pod machine, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, Sodastream and much more. The cosy dining area in the kitchen and the round table in the dining area in the living room provide space for the whole holiday group. The modern shower room has a wall-hung WC, shower, ceramic washbasin, vanity unit and mirror cabinet. The shower room is at ground level and therefore also barrier-free accessible. The inviting sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed (sleeping area 140x200cm), offers sleeping accommodation for two people. You can rest at night in a separate, brightly furnished bedroom with a double bed. If you have young children with you, a cosy cot is available for them. (Please book in advance) Let us inspire you.

Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Our holiday flat is barrier-free and therefore also suitable for wheelchair users.
Within walking distance there is an Edeka supermarket, a nature adventure playground for children and the surf and kite school "Tatort Hawaii", which invites you to linger over a drink in addition to the sporting activity. Fresh fish and a cool drink are available at the harbour "Fisch vom Kutter" - Rönnau or at their fish stall "Sögard" at the village square, Stein.
You can spend the evening at the cosy beach bar/restaurant "Ahoi" - by Steffen Henssler or at Jannys Eis or indulge in North German cuisine at the restaurant "Gut salzig". All these highlights are within walking distance.
If you are travelling by public transport, get off at the "Schwarze Rade" stop, walk straight down the street to the advertising pillar and then turn right into the street "Achtern Diek" (dead end) (approx. 250m/ 6min. walk)
