This holiday flat was renovated in 2011 and is located on the ground floor. It has a combined living and dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the living room you will find a cosy sofa, which can be used as a sofa bed. The dining table seats four people. The open-plan kitchen has a 2-ring hob, coffee machine, small fridge, kitchen utensils and a kettle. You will also find a flat-screen satellite TV with local and foreign (some German-language) channels (depending on reception), a telephone, air conditioning and a hire safe.
