Enjoy the original flair of the Sardinian village of Posada. Directly below the historic quarter with the Castello de la Fava, the winding alleyways, you can enjoy the dolce vita in this large flat.
Jasmine, olive trees, lemon trees, rosemary, oregano, a cactus garden, wild vines, bougainvillea and a few potted plants provide the green eye. Recently, you can also use the outdoor barbecue and enjoy a cosy barbecue with your family. Sit on the terrace, breathe in the scent of jasmine and look out directly over the bay and the Campagna. Shower off the sand after a day at the beach in the natural stone outdoor shower with warm water, of course.
You can spend wonderful holidays all year round with a maximum of four people in the spacious 90 m² apartment. The flat can also be wonderfully heated in winter and offers cosy evenings by the fireplace in the living room. (Fireplace with insert and electric hot air distribution in two rooms). There is also a separate dining room with a dining table for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with many electrical appliances. There is one bedroom with a four-poster bed for two people and one with two single beds. The following items are available: Flat screen TV in the bedroom, Smart TV in the living room both German programmes, German coffee machine, fully equipped spacious kitchen, with double sink, large fridge, freezer, five burner gas hob, dishwasher, oven, extractor bonnet, toaster, ceiling fan, hair dryer are just a few examples of the equipment. The flat is located directly below the historical quarter. 800 metres as the crow flies from the beach, which is two kilometres away by road. Posada is the ideal starting point to explore the highlights of Sardinia in short stages. The most beautiful beaches are in the immediate vicinity, and Posada itself already has an impressively beautiful eight-kilometre-long sandy bay, which is not overcrowded even in August due to its size. Hiking, biking, nature or even going out, horse riding, tennis, you can experience everything in and around Posada. Posada is an unspoilt village that is inhabited all year round. You can buy everything you need to live here all year round. Tourism is still in its infancy in this village, so you will find the normal life of the Sardinians here. Supermarkets, bank, internet, hairdresser, post office, bars and restaurants are open all year round! The bay of Posada is characterised by its beautiful sandy beach and crystal-clear water. The highlights of Sardinia can all be reached quickly and easily from Posada thanks to the excellent transport links. A water cistern guarantees a constant supply of water even in summer. A cool bag with batteries, beach chairs and parasol complete the range of equipment for a relaxing day at the beach.
