In the hamlet Puin 6 km from the centre of Pignone, 11 km from the centre of Levanto, 22 km from the centre of La Spezia, in a quiet, elevated position, 9 km from the sea, 9 km from the beach. For shared use: park (fenced), swimming pool angular (400 m2, depth 170 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:30-19:30). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, table tennis, boccia, barbecue house, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (22.Mar. - 31.Oct.), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 21.Mar.. Parking on the premises. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 22 km, restaurant, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Monterosso / Levanto" 10 km, sandy beach 9 km. Nearby attractions: Monterosso al Mare 9 km, Vernazza 10 km, Corniglia 13 km, Santa Margherita 72 km, Levanto 26 km, Riomaggiore 31 km. Hiking paths: Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
