With its modern furnishings and constant renovations, the non-smoking house always promises a fresh and pleasant living ambience - a perfect place for your next holiday.
Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen, which was newly fitted with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge in 2023. A satellite TV provides entertainment. There is also a practical storage room. The furniture is regularly renewed, but please bear in mind that the photos are examples and the furnishings may vary depending on the holiday home.
The outdoor area invites you to relax on the 600 square metre, fenced and secluded plot. Facilities include garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for cosy evenings outdoors. The communal leisure facilities such as the outdoor pool, playground, tennis court and table tennis offer a variety of activities for all ages.
