The separate open dining area, with its large table and five chairs, is perfect for cozy meals or social gatherings. A TV, DVD player, and board games provide entertainment.
Adjacent to this area is a balcony with a small table, two chairs, and two lounge chairs.

The open-concept kitchen is modernly equipped and leaves almost nothing to be desired.
From the stove with a ceramic cooktop and convection oven to the dishwasher, a coffee maker, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a pod coffee machine—plus plenty of cutlery and dishes—you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals perfectly.
