The house is designed with meticulous attention to detail and offers a plethora of wellness facilities both indoors and outdoors. The property features a 23 m2 indoor swimming pool with Roman steps, a water slide, and a counter-current system. Additional wellness facilities include a whirlpool, sauna, and an outdoor jacuzzi. For entertainment, there\\'s a games room equipped with billiards, table tennis, darts, and table football, as well as a PlayStation 4. A cozy bar and a wood-burning stove in the main living area add to the home\\'s charm. The kitchen is well-appointed with two of each essential appliance and ample fridge space. The house offers ten bedrooms and a loft, ideal for children or teenagers, spread across three separate areas for added privacy. Four bathrooms are available for guests\\' convenience. Outdoor amenities include a sink with a table for food preparation or fish cleaning, a partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, and a garden with swings, a sandbox, and a trampoline for younger guests. The location offers easy access to angling spots, hiking routes, and Denmark\\'s longest, flattest mountain bike trail. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
