Spread across two levels, the house features a wellness area with a 19 m2 pool, a slide, a spacious whirlpool for 4-6 people, and a sauna. The lower floor also houses an activity room equipped with billiards, table tennis, air hockey, darts, and table football, along with a cozy sofa area featuring a flat-screen TV, a Nintendo Wii, and a PlayStation 4. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area allows for socializing while cooking.
