This architecturally impressive house offers a variety of activities and amenities, making it a perfect vacation spot all year round. It features a private water park with an 18 m2 pool, complete with Roman steps and a counter-current system. For relaxation, there\\\'s a large whirlpool and a sauna.The house also boasts an activity room filled with entertainment options like billiards, table tennis, table football, air hockey, a Nintendo Wii, a PlayStation 3, darts, and more. A projector and screen are also available for use. The living room is elegantly furnished with comfortable furniture, a wood-burning stove, and a large flat-screen TV. It also includes a DVD player, satellite dish with German/Scandinavian channels, a CD player, and free wireless internet. Special consideration has been given to our youngest guests. The house is equipped with a high chair and cot, and there\\\'s a sandbox and swing set in the large natural plot. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
