Cosy, simple semi-detached house "Comfortable Off-Grid Home", built in 2019, renovated in 2025. Traffic calmed area. For shared use: property 2 ha, beautiful garden to relax, courtyard. Room cleaning on request (extra). Motor access (via unmade road). Parking, communal covered parking at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
