Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 50 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Heating electric stove € 15 per day. The flats are equipped with a fan. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is on different floors and ground level and leads directly in the living room/bedroom. The accommodation can be located on the ground or ground floor The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 1 double bed, dinette and Niente TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.

Holiday resort
10 Accommodation and reception. The reception is located in Stazzi La Pietraia, approximately 2 km away, and is open from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. For arrivals after 8:00 pm, an additional fee of €30 will be charged, which must be registered in advance.

Badesi. The holiday apartment is located within a hotel complex, on an open plot with lawn and shrubs. Surrounded by lush vegetation and distributed across two different buildings near the swimming pool, the apartments may be on the ground floor or the first floor. This relaxing environment in close contact with nature, WITHOUT services such as Wi-Fi, television or air conditioning, offers an experience of relaxation and detachment from everyday life. Situated on a hillside rich in vegetation and built in the characteristic style of the ancient "stazzo gallurese", Giagumeddu consists of a few apartments that blend harmoniously into the surrounding landscape; equipped with generous spaces that provide a natural environment of rare beauty. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property. The last 250 m are along an unpaved road.

Heating electric oven €15 per day. The flats are equipped with a fan. There is no television.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector and fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to late October 4.60 m x 9.30 m 1.50 m deep).

Shopping 1500 m, restaurant 1500 m, town centre 1500 m. For a relaxing holiday a car is recommended. Doctor, pharmacy, bank each 1500 m in Badesi. Airport in Olbia 75 km. In summer: Swimming opportunity (beach 3 km in Badesi with sand).
