Charming Independent Studio on the Island with Private Terrace, Shared Garden & Wi-Fi

Located in Saint-Georges d’Oléron, the independent studio “Coquet Indépendant sur l’île” offers 25 m² of comfortable space for up to 4 guests. You’ll find a living area with a sofa bed for 2 and a mezzanine with 2 single beds. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom includes a toilet. Enjoy a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, and a private barbecue. A baby cot, high chair, and storage space are available on request.



The private covered terrace (20 m²) is furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation. The shared garden provides extra space to unwind during your stay and features sun loungers. Picnics are allowed in the garden.



Street parking is available. Up to 2 pets are welcome. Parties are not allowed. The studio is close to public transport and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Please leave the apartment clean and as you found it at the end of your stay.



Located in the village of Chéray, just 5 minutes’ walk from shops (pharmacy, bakery, newsagent) and the daily market. The Sables Vignier beach is about 2.5 km away and easily reached by bike thanks to the island’s many cycle paths. A free shuttle serves the beach in July and August. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided.
