Splendid semi-detached house in a quiet residential area for up to 8 guests, just 5 minutes from Marbella. Upon entering, you'll find a balcony furnished with tables and chairs—perfect for relaxing outdoors. Below, the heated pool invites you to enjoy a swim at any time of year.
The property features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, next to the living room and the fully equipped kitchen. The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. The house offers both air conditioning and heating, as well as Wi-Fi internet. Two TVs are available for your entertainment. You can also enjoy the garden.
To heat the pool, the heat pump must be activated 72 hours before your arrival to ensure the water reaches the right temperature.
On level -1, there is a completely independent room where the gardener and his wife live, with their own private entrance.
