The villa is located in the village of Majkusi in the green interior of Istria, approx. 17 km from Porec and the beaches. The nearest restaurant and shop are in Baderna, 5 km away. There are numerous places of interest nearby in Porec, Novigrad, Motovun and Pazin. The house is situated on the edge of the forest on a fenced plot of 849 m² and offers guests the following outdoor facilities: a 40 m² pool, sun loungers, a well-tended lawn, a covered terrace by the pool with barbecue and two parking spaces. The pool can be heated on request, so that a refreshing dip is also possible in the less hot months before or after the season. The villa for six people is a modern, newly built holiday home with a living space of 160 m² spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room with access to the terrace, pool and garden, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom and access to the pool and a separate WC.
