This Istrian stone terraced house is located in the village of Kaštelir, 10 km from Porec and 6 km from Lanterna Beach. There is a well-known restaurant and a shop just 100 m away. A pizzeria, an ATM, a typical tavern, a wine route and other amenities are approximately 1 km away. The house was completely renovated in 2011, with care taken to preserve the original character of the old stone house. In a quiet location, the house offers its guests a 100 m² fully fenced garden with a covered terrace, seating area, barbecue fireplace and private parking for one car. The owner lives nearby and is available at all times. The holiday home, designed for six people, has a total area of 110 m² and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and dining table, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, and two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own balcony. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a seating area and sun loungers and offers a beautiful panoramic sea view. This rustically furnished holiday home is ideal for families with children, and pets are welcome. The house is partially air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is available to guests – all included in the price. Youth groups are not permitted.
