The studio apartment (Carlina) is located 15 minutes' walk from the city centre and 20 minutes' walk from the nearest beach. The living area is 35 m², the terrace/balcony is 5 m². It is located on the 2nd floor. Bed linen and towels are provided by the accommodation itself. Within the accommodation, there is a shared seating area and a swimming pool, which is available to all guests. The pool is filled with chlorinated water. It is used by four apartments and the maximum number of people sharing the pool is twenty. The pool is not available from 1 October to 1 May. All guests have the opportunity to use a shared barbecue in the courtyard of the house.
