The covered balcony is accessible from the living area and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, valleys and the blue sea of Kvarner Bay. The outdoor area of the house is available to this holiday apartment and the two other apartments in the house. This includes a 50 m² terrace with barbecue, sun loungers and a magnificent 28 m² swimming pool.
