The 65 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has a dining area with kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. It is equipped with satellite TV and WiFi. A washing machine is available by arrangement with the landlord and for an additional fee. The outdoor area includes a balcony with table, chairs and parasol, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the city and the sea. A barbecue area is also available and there is parking for your car on the property. The beach, town centre, shops and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away.
