Pets: if allowed (see description), registration and payment of a flat fee are required. Tourist tax: 1.80 euros during the off-season and 3.00 euros per day per adult during the high season. Payment terms: A deposit of 25 percent is due within 5 days; remaining balance 21 days before arrival. Payment options: Bank transfer; no credit cards or cash accepted; EC card accepted on site only by prior arrangement. This stylish apartment is located on the 7th floor of Building An in the Heiligenhafen Vacation Park. The south-facing balcony offers sunshine and a side view of the inland lake. With 45 m² of living space, it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people—ideal for families or couples.
The living/dining area is furnished with a leather couch, dining area, flat-screen TV, and a separable sleeping area with two single beds. A separate children’s room features a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is included.
Non-smoking apartment; no pets allowed. Thanks to its location in the vacation park, the beach, promenade, and downtown are all within easy reach. Perfect for a varied Baltic Sea vacation with the whole family.
Due to an ongoing technical inspection of the facade, the loggias and balconies facing the inner courtyard may not be used until further notice.The property management has already commissioned a specialized engineering firm to conduct the assessment. As soon as new information regarding the next steps is available, it will be announced accordingly.
