The apartment is located in Building I of the vacation park, on the 5th floor, with a south-facing balcony that offers plenty of sun and a magnificent view of the green spaces. Living area: 45 m². Master bedroom with a double bed and TV; living area with a flat-screen TV; children’s room with a bunk bed. Kitchen equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower. South-facing balcony. Bonus: free Wi-Fi, additional parking space in the Ferienpark garage. Sleeps up to 4 people; no pets allowed. Beach approx. 300 m away; activity center, shops, and recreational facilities right in the Ferienpark.
