Vacation apartment/apartment for 4 guests with 88m² in Boltenhagen (305585)

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and can be easily accessed by elevator directly from the underground parking garage. The top floor is accessible via a spiral staircase. Both levels have their own balcony, and you can enjoy the stunning lake view from both balconies. Vacation Apartment 41 in the Likedeeler Residence is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. On the lower level (2nd floor) is the large living room with an open, modern kitchen (including a built-in kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, and ceramic cooktop) and a beautiful dining area. You can access the balcony from the living room. A large hallway and a bathroom with a shower are also located on this level. The upper level has a bright and inviting design. Here you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV, a second bedroom with two single beds placed end-to-end (2 x 90 x 200 cm), and access to the second balcony. There is also another shower room.
Since the Likedeeler vacation complex has an elevator, you can easily reach the second floor; your car will have plenty of space in the underground parking garage, which has a maximum entry height of 2.00 m. The underground parking garage also features a shared storage area for bicycles. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.
Note regarding bed linens: Bed linens are not included, but we offer you the option to add our linens package per person for an additional fee.
Note regarding the visitor’s tax: Since we are a spa and therapeutic bath facility, our municipality charges a visitor’s tax. You may claim a discount if you have a severely disabled person’s ID card.
