Adjacent to the living room is the all new kitchen which provides everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a refrigerator, range/oven combination, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The kitchen was also remodeled in late 2019 and has all new solid surface countertops and all new cabinetry. From the kitchen you will have fabulous views of the Intracoastal/Sound to the rear and the ocean to the front. What a joy it will be to prepare your family meals with these water views in all directions.

The dining area is just off the living room and provides ample seating for the family to enjoy their meals together. There is also extra seating at the kitchen bar area. Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
