The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

With approximately 55 square meters of space, it is generously sized and comfortably accommodates up to 2–4 people. The furnishings are high-quality, modern, and stylish.

Parking in Wismar
The vacation rental does not have its own parking space. You may unload your luggage at the vacation rental (Neustadt).
Afterward, please use the parking lots at: Weidendamm or Schiffbauerdamm.

You’ll find various shopping options (Netto, Edeka supermarket, or a convenience store open daily), cafés, bakeries, and restaurants nearby.
The bike rental shop is located about 600 meters away. Here you can rent bicycles or e-bikes for the duration of your stay.
