This single-storey L-shaped villa with integrated pool terrace is an instant hit and is affectionately known as Can Cariño. And there really is a lot to fall in love with at first sight as you drive up the long driveway. The extensive, well-kept yet almost unspoilt estate allows you to enjoy the views and let your mind wander into the distance. Not only the picnic area with barbecue, but also a breezy Bali bed are hidden in the enchanting garden; on balmy summer nights, a guest with pillow and blanket under their arm is sure to wander into the open-air bedroom in the morning and jump into the pool instead of the shower. Numerous comfortable sun loungers, maritime polyrattan lounge sofas and a large table make staying in the sun or shade very pleasant, so that everyone can find their favourite spot. And if you fancy a beach chair, there's one of those too.







As one new visitor to the house aptly wrote in the guest book: "Many can furnish a house, but only a few manage to create a home. You will also find lovely details in the interior, which are emphasised even more by the modern furnishing style. How about the bright red apple table in the living and dining room or the TV that has the wall to itself and attracts everyone's attention like a large cinema screen? And doesn't the blue Loriot sofa really round off the huge, modern kitchen? What do you think of the elegant solution of a double door with a view, which separates the dining area from the cooker and still has an airy connection? The washing machine and tumble dryer are also housed separately here. Don't the small bedside lamps go perfectly with the solid wood beds in an elegant design? All four bedrooms of almost equal size, one of which has its own bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, have air conditioning and open directly onto the terrace. One thing is certain, however: everyone will argue about trying out a particular shower ...



Short trips from the countryside to the city and longer excursions to or across the sea or into the countryside are easy to organise from Can Cariño: In the small medieval town of Campos, you can while away the hours over espresso and almond cake, and there are of course some great restaurants. A hot drink with its own Mallorcan history can be found in the historic Café Colón in Llucmajor. Hikers and cyclists will discover their paradise with wild streams and orchids in the Mondragó Nature Park, while swimmers can try out some of the most beautiful beaches from Es Trenc (called the Caribbean of Mallorca) to Cala Pí and the child-friendly Platja de sa Rápita. Places in the south such as Santanyí, Ses Salines and Colònia de Sant Jordi offer sun and salt, tapas and wine, boat trips (e.g. to the goat island of Cabrera) and coastal hiking trails with a lighthouse - and there's much more besides. cariños" to discover!



Can Cariño is situated in a rural, quiet location between meadows and fields, yet only 10 minutes by car from charming Campos and its shops and restaurants: a clearly structured villa with unobstructed views of the countryside and a tendency towards Bauhaus style. The easily accessible Ma-19 motorway guarantees freedom; on one side it leads past Llucmajor and El Arenal to Palma, on the other side to Santanyí and close to the Mondragó nature reserve. Beaches with Caribbean flair such as Es Trenc, Platja de sa Rápita and Es Carbó (within a radius of approx. 15 km) promise relaxing days by the sea, boat trips and water sports.
