One of the advantages of this villa is undoubtedly the spacious outdoor area, which is surrounded by a wall and has plenty of trees with chickens, ducks and donkeys! Here, your children can have adventures to their heart's content and explore the zip wire, while you enjoy sunbathing on the beautiful terrace or relaxing in one of the hammocks. Or would you prefer to be active and get some exercise on holiday? No problem! There is also a small but lovely pool in the outdoor area, which you can see glistening in the sunlight above the lush green grass just a few steps from the terrace. You could, for example, swim a few lengths and then relax on the water as you float gently in the light breeze on your mattress and leave all your worries behind. Once you have reached a state of deep relaxation, you are guaranteed to have plenty of ideas of how to spend a day without the pressure of time and performance. Perhaps with a delicious barbecue? If you're looking the other way, you can catch a glimpse of what's happening in your home country on the flat-screen TV, which receives foreign channels thanks to satellite technology. You may want to watch films to stimulate your imagination before gently drifting off to the land of dreams with fresh images in your head. Thanks to the comfortable mattress, which is as new as the house itself, you are sure to enjoy a restful night's sleep. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. On the upper floor there is another bedroom with two further single beds. The rooms are modern and straightforward in design. Two of them are also decorated with colourful paintings. Whether you want to sleep in yellow/red or blue is entirely up to you. Another large room on the upper floor is the perfect playroom for your children. There are two practical bathrooms, each with a shower where you can wash off the salty sea water in the evening.



Hopefully you will be by the sea every day! There are plenty of opportunities for this, as the villa is not far from the nature reserve on the Llevant peninsula. In addition, the Cap de Ferrutx and Cap des Freu nature reserves are ideal for long walks. But there are many other places where you can see coasts with sandy beaches and dunes. The picture-book beach Playa de Sa Coma is famous for its fine white sand and shady promenade. And it's only 17 km from your villa! Alternatively, you can explore the nature reserves in Sa Coma and Cala Millor on horseback. The Coves de Artà near Canyamel, 20 km from your home, are also an excellent day trip. The impressive cave system will remain in your memory, as will your holiday in this villa.



The brand new natural stone villa Llorer offers plenty of greenery. It is 2.5 km from Sant Llorenc, where you will find a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. This is one of the most popular areas of the island, between Manacor and Artà. The sandy beach of Cala Bona is 14 km away. There are many more beautiful beaches to discover along the east coast between Cap des Pinar and Punta de sa Roca with its coastal villages of Cala Millor, Sa Coma and SIllot.
