The wall of the neighbouring house is overgrown with climbing plants, making your garden feel like a jewel sheltered from all sides as you sit on the quaint old wooden beam perched above the cosy pool. Those looking to perfect their crawling skills on holiday might be better off at the nearest beach, but those who simply appreciate the feeling of relaxation that a pool provides will spend many blissful hours in this courtyard paved with native gravel and tiles in the traditionally beautiful Mallorcan colour. If you want to get active, the table tennis table shaded by a pergola will come in handy. You have the choice of where you want to enjoy the island sun: either directly by the pool or next to the house. With the BBQ, you can create a culinary highlight so that not only your skin and soul but also your palate are pampered on holiday. A covered terrace invites you to linger and relax in the shade. When night falls, the outdoor lighting is switched on as if by magic and the garden immediately takes on a different shape. The elegant dark wood tone of the antique furniture combined with the restrained selection of decorative items create a cosy atmosphere, which is rounded off by the gentle crackling of the fireplace. One of the living room walls features typical Mallorcan architecture with natural stone and wooden beams, which can also be found on the ceiling. The kitchen is also located on the ground floor and is fully equipped with colourful yellow tiles. There is a wooden table in the centre of the kitchen, providing ample space for preparing large meals. Access to the two bedrooms and both bathrooms is via the decorative hallway with its stone mosaic floors. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other has two single beds. One of the bathrooms also has a bathtub and therefore offers the opportunity for a cosy candlelit bath. A staircase leads up from the living room to a laundry room and an idyllic roof terrace, which is partially covered by a pergola that is automatically illuminated at dusk. A lounge group invites you to enjoy, but this time with a bonus view over the sea of red roofs and the castle.
