Inside, the bright living room with fireplace offers a peaceful retreat whether you are enjoying a book or watching TV. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining table nearby allows you to prepare meals at your leisure. Four double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. Two rooms have two single beds, while the smallest has a bunk bed for children. With two additional bathrooms, this villa provides comfort for all. Situated just 800 metres from a stunning 890 metre long beach, the villa's urban setting offers easy access to local amenities and activities, including a promenade walk to the nearby town of S'Illot. Families can enjoy nearby attractions such as a safari zoo 4 kilometres away, and the vibrant town of Cala Millor, also 4 kilometres away, offers various evening entertainment options.



Air conditioning in the accommodation is included in the price, but its use is restricted between 9pm and 9am in the bedrooms and from 2pm to 7pm in the living room.
