The single-storey finca, partly built from beautiful natural stone, offers space for up to six people and is located in the rural south of Mallorca on a large plot of land. If you take a walk next door, you will come across impressive remains of the famous historical tower buildings of the Talayotic culture. Apart from these interesting historical facets, the beautifully maintained and lovingly designed outdoor area of the holiday home offers pure relaxation. Various terrace areas, including a sunny roof terrace, invite you to relax with a tasty snack at the inviting dining table, with a good book on one of the comfortable sun loungers under the parasol by the pool or with a sporty game of table tennis at the in-house table. You can conveniently park your hire car in the car park next to the house or in the garage with direct access to the house.







The interior of Casa Maria is classic with modern elements. Lots of warm wood, combined with light-coloured walls and tiled floors, plus high-quality furniture, a few selected decorative pieces and pleasant lighting: a holiday home to feel at home in! Living on one level is particularly practical, especially for families with small children. You enter the house through a spacious entrance area. The cosy, open-plan living and dining room invites you to relax and eat together. You can also have breakfast together in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen without any space problems. The three double bedrooms, all tastefully and discreetly furnished and equipped with fitted wardrobes, offer plenty of privacy. One bedroom has a modern en suite bathroom and a further bathroom completes the living area of the finca.



Quiet and rural, but by no means isolated, Finca Casa Maria was built for six people on a huge plot of land. Families with children in particular will find a wonderfully private holiday home here: in addition to plenty of space for children to play and run around, the south-facing pool with its spacious, covered and sunny terrace areas and a table tennis table provide plenty of variety on holiday. The pretty village of Ses Salines with shopping facilities is only 2.4 km away and the beautiful natural beach Platja Platja d'es Dolç is only 7.8 km away.
