The living room with dining area and a well-equipped American kitchen offers direct access to the pool terrace. There is also a double bedroom and an elegant bathroom with shower on the ground floor. A stylish Iroko staircase leads up to the first floor. On this level there is a further bedroom and a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, hydro-massage bath and a lovely terrace with sea views. A small spiral staircase leads to another charming bedroom with panoramic views reminiscent of a lighthouse. Right next to it is a beautiful roof terrace with a cosy sun lounger and fantastic views over the bay of Palma to the Tramuntana mountains.



Villa Bahia Azul is located in a well-kept residential area on the rocky coast of Bahía Gran, around 30 minutes by car from the centre of Palma. There are several small rocky coves just a few minutes' walk from the villa. The nearest sandy beaches are Cala Pi (approx. 20 km) and the beautiful natural beaches of Sa Rápita (approx. 30 km) and Es Trenc (approx. 35 km).
