Our newly furnished vacation rental offers more than just a place to sleep, cook, and live. Surrounded by breathtaking nature, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains here.

In our traditionally built house, you’ll find a retreat featuring a 75 m² vacation rental with cozy furnishings and modern comforts.

Our apartment has been newly furnished with great attention to detail, and from every window or balcony door, you can enjoy a view of the mountains.

In our fully equipped modern kitchen, you’ll find everything from a glass-ceramic cooktop to a coffee maker and dishwasher.

o Bedrooms
The bedrooms offer pure Bavarian coziness. The solid-wood beds (one double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m and one single bed) promise a restful night’s sleep.

o Two balconies with mountain views
Both balconies offer plenty of outdoor seating, allowing you to enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast and the sunset in the evening.


The town of Oberhausen, with a population of just under 2,100, is located in the Pfaffenwinkel region of Upper Bavaria, in the Weilheim-Schongau district, between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The area is known for its high concentration of monasteries and churches, such as the nearby Wieskirche. Local shops, such as a bakery, a butcher’s shop with a small grocery section, as well as the “Stroblwirt” inn and the “Piccolo Mondo” pizzeria, are within a 10- to 15-minute walk. The “Huglfing” train station, on the Munich to Garmisch-Partenkirchen line, is ideal for day trips.
